Children's Story Hour
Blackey Public Library will hold children's story hours at the Letcher Elementary School and the Mountain Heritage Headstart. Family nights will be scheduled throughout the year and will be posted in the web page.
Blackey City Council meets every second Thursday of the month at the library.
Book Discussion Group meets every last Monday of the month.
